Replacement Policy:
In order for eligible replacements/Partial replacements, an item must either be missing or damaged upon arrival. Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for replacements.
Returns Policy:
Leading up to shipment any order is eligible to be cancelled prior to being shipped. Shipped status means your order has a tracking number. If your order has an active tracking number it cannot be refunded. Any issues with your order needs to be reported within 7 business days of receiving the package in order to qualify for a replacement/refund. If an item arrives in less than desirable condition you may either receive a partial refund not exceeding 40% of the retail value for keeping the item. For full refunds on limited items, we offer a full refund upon return of the item. Any refund for an item returned will not be made available until after Lemon3427th has received and confirmed all items have been returned. Customers will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping under any circumstance.
For international orders, missing items with a value of under $15 may be subject to a refund instead of a replacement due to shipping costs. Missing items over $15 can be replaced if we have it stocked.
